By participating in the Project Pup Therapy Dog Certification Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Description of Service

Project Pup provides a certification program for therapy dogs used in hospitals and other healthcare settings. This involves a testing process, and ongoing support for certified therapy dogs and their handlers.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for certification, all dogs must be friendly, patient, confident, gentle, and at ease in all situations. Dogs must also be healthy and have a record of necessary vaccinations.

4. User Responsibility

Handlers are responsible for ensuring their dogs abide by all rules and guidelines laid out by Project Pup, maintaining the health and wellbeing of the dog, and ensuring that the dog behaves in a manner befitting a therapy dog while engaged in service.

5. Certification

Certification is granted upon successful completion of the program. Project Pup reserves the right to revoke certification at any point should the dog or handler fail to adhere to our guidelines or demonstrate behavior unsuitable for a therapy environment.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Project Pup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our services.

Project Pup reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically to be aware of any changes.

We can not issue any refunds for any products or services purchased online or in any of our events.
