Screening Information and Dates

Screenings are held at Palm Garden of Pinellas, 200 16 Avenue, SE, Largo, for prospective PUP animals on the 2nd Saturday of odd-numbered months.

Remember, you must call Ellen at (727) 593-9395 or Pat at (727) 596-1469, who will make an appointment and send a folder of information and papers to be filled out prior to screening. (We do not do "private" screenings for individuals.)

Note: 

......Application Fee is $20.00, one time (for an active volunteer), plus $10.00 for each additional animal.

......Only 2 animals can be screened at any one time.

......All applicants, including Hospice members, must bring the health certificate (provided in screening packet) filled out and signed by their vet with them on the day of the screening.
