PROJECT PUP POLICY

1). Volunteers will provide proof of each pet's current vaccinations and annual physical exam.

2). Proper Temperament, cleanliness, and grooming of volunteers and pets will be expected. All animals will be healthy and free of external parasites.

3) All pets must be under the control of a leash.

4). Volunteers will demonstrate a high level of respect and control by working with their pets in a safe and healthy manner. This will include the responsibility of providing supplies for cleaning up pet ''accidents''.

5). Any injuries, bites, scratches, etc, MUST be documented and reported to Project PUP and the appropriate representative of the facility within a 24 hour period.

6). Liability Insurance is provided to volunteers visiting facilities, copies of which may be faxed or mailed to facilities requesting documentation.
